Telling someone you are committed shows your extent of truthfulness in you. People will admire your integrity for wanting to be truthful and honest. Being truthful to people around you will be something positively correct, and you would just feel right. Unlike you're being dishonest and untruthful, you feel a bad gut feeling inside.
